We weren't happy when Andy benched Donavan in last week's Eagles game. We weren't happy the Eagles lost. We weren't happy when The Bus said he askeded to be tradeded out of his firstest team after he was bencheded earlier that season. We weren't happy about all the talk of getting rid of Andy and/or Donavan, but were happy to hear that Terry, Howie and the gang thought those people thinking that were DUMB. (Our translation, not their exact words.) BUT…something put fear into our Birds! They beated the Cardinals 48-20, so someone (probably everyone) got Andy's message, AND it workeded! We also found out we can still go into the playoffs. Thought we lost that chance a while ago. All we have to do is win the rest of the games, this season.
We were kinda mean to Mommy last night, but she told us to be, sorta. The Eagles came on at
Good thing our daughters are so young! They like spending time with Grandma, while the Eagles are on, a'cuz all the guys watch the game, and their mommies use the time to talk "grown-up stuff." Grandma talkeded them into playing house with her and the three of them washeded and drieded all the dishes! (We overheard one of our daughters asking, "Isn't this cleaning a real house, so not 'playing house?'" Their Grandma was prepareded though and answereded, "Nah! Cleaning house isn't fun, but we're playing word games while doing this, so this IS fun!" It workeded!) Afterwards, they playeded more games on the computer, so they did have more fun, too!
Mommy and Daddy were already sorer than usual. Today they're beary, beary sore. They workeded most of the time they were awake, yesterday! They can only do three hours of work a day, or it adds to their soreness.
Today is a day off for everyone. It's a beary good day off knowing, not only did the Eagles really beat the Cards, BUT they also get three extra days to recover from all their bumps and bruises, before the next game! Gooooooooooo, Eagles!!!
